Who we are
Ignite is a product by Rokkit200. Rokkit200 is responsible for the personal information collected on this site. You can reach us at ignite@rokkit200.co.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- your email address;
- whether you’re an agency or a freelancer, and the city you prospect in;
- that you agreed to launch emails, when you agreed, and which version of the wording you saw;
- how you reached the page: campaign tags in the link, the referring page and the page you landed on;
- when we sent you each email, and whether it bounced or was marked as spam.
Your IP address is used when you submit the form, to check you’re a person and to limit repeated attempts. We don’t store it with your signup.
Why we collect it
To run the waitlist: to confirm your email, to email you about Ignite’s launch, and to give founding members their early access and founding price. Your role and city tell us who is waiting and where, so we know what to build first. We rely on your consent for launch emails.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the waitlist database, and runs the bot check (Turnstile).
- Resend sends our emails.
Both may process data outside South Africa. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own use.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn’t identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup while the waitlist runs. When Ignite launches, confirmed signups move into Ignite’s account system so founding members keep their price. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so it stays that way. Ask us and we’ll delete your details entirely.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Write to ignite@rokkit200.co. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Regulator in South Africa, or to your local data protection authority.
